Ingredients
3 oz oolong tea syrup
3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
.5 to 1 oz lime juice
8 oz soda water
4 drops bitters (try Bittercube, Cherry Bark Vanilla)
Curl of lime or grapefruit peel
Instructions
In a large wine glass, mix the ingredients and fill with ice or chill all the components and serve in a champagne flute.
